Born in New York, raised in Merrick, Long Island, and now calling Rio Grande, Puerto Rico home, Eric Orland brings decades of expertise and passion to the real estate industry. A proud father to his son Jackson and a UCLA graduate (Class of '84), Eric has achieved remarkable milestones, including being a top-producing ReMax agent in California and leading sales training initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

As the founder of The Orland Coaching Group, Eric has trained thousands of realtors across the U.S., equipping them with tools to build efficient and profitable businesses. He also played a pivotal role in growing a 3,000-agent real estate organization at eXp Realty while developing the Attractify platform to help others replicate his success.
